Let’s reflect on our experiences with sight.


Activity: Start with one minute of breath awareness. Spend four minutes reflecting on your observations over the past five days.


Health Connection: Reflecting on where we have been and where we are now helps us understand our journey. Awareness can only be lived in real-time, and reflecting on our experiences strengthens our presence. Awareness supports long-term stress management and integrates mindfulness into a daily practice cultivating transformation.
