Activity: Begin with one minute of breath awareness. Spend four minutes observing how light and shadows interact around you.
Health Connection:Â Â Observing light and shadows can ground us in the present, helping us manage stress. For Black women, light and shadows can symbolize how rest is the shadow of our resilience, reminding us of the strength in wearing the cape and the recharge of taking it off.
