Day 25: Awareness Through Touch
Welcome to the final block of our challenge, focusing on touch.
Activity: Begin with one minute of breath awareness. Spend four minutes noticing the sensations of touch around you, such as the feel of your clothes, the chair you’re sitting on, or objects you touch.
Health Connection: Physical sensations can ground us in the present moment and reduce stress.
