Welcome to the 30-Day Awareness Challenge! This challenge is designed specifically for Black women to address health disparities related to chronic stress. By increasing awareness, we can take the first step towards positive change. This challenge is free, interactive, and aims to build a supportive community. You’ll receive daily prompts, printable journaling sheets, and have the opportunity to join weekly live sessions to discuss your experiences.

Chronic stress significantly impacts our health, leading to issues like hypertension, diabetes, and mental health struggles. Awareness is the first step in addressing these disparities. Through this challenge, you'll learn to recognize stress triggers, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and connect with a community of women who share similar experiences.
